Lark & Ember began as a daydream between two friends: one a barista, the other a baker. Tired of lifeless lattes and pre-packaged pastries, they set out to build a café that felt more like home—and served food and drink with soul.
Every cup of coffee we serve is brewed with beans from local roasters who share our love for quality and sustainability. Our pastries are handmade daily with care, using seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques.
